A subsidized canteen is functioning within the College Campus. It supplies nutritious food and both hot and soft drinks. The canteen is open on all working days during the working hours.

A Xerox machine is available in the library. Students are permitted to take copies of books and journals for their academic and research requirements.

To facilitate communication of the students with outsiders during the college days, pay and use telephone facility within the campus is available.

Transport facility is provided by the management, on concessional fare, from different places in and around Papanasam. Presently one bus and eight vans are operated. This is a common service to be availed by the students of RDB College of Arts and Science, RDB College of Education and RDB Teacher Training Institute.
